Personnel Staffing

Experienced production staff work on-site or remotely nationwide, for individual projects or long-term facility support. Our Operations Group manages booking, scheduling, payroll, billing and personnel.

Engineering & Facility Support

Staff and independent engineers manage IMG’s facility and design, upgrade and maintain client production facilities, including systems meeting the SMPTE 2110 standard.

Award-winning Washington-area strategists, producers, writers and directors develop ideas into script-to-screen productions and live virtual events.

Five studios, a control room and location gear support 4K and HD, remote cameras, and single- or multi-camera live and live-to-drive production. Tricaster TC2 supports virtual productions and podcasts with multiple remotes; transmission includes satellite, fiber and streaming.

14 Adobe Premiere systems offer visual effects; Final Cut Pro is available. DaVinci Resolve provides scalable, resolution-independent editing, color grading, mastering, finishing and delivery.

Our designers create print, motion graphics and animation with Illustrator, After Effects, Animate and Photoshop. For 3D modeling and animation, we use Maya, Cinema 4D and Blender.

Two Pro Tools suites deliver stereo and surround audio post and sound design, with thousands of hours of music and sound effects and adjoining sound-controlled digital recording rooms.

IMG provides format transfers, world standards conversion, digital spot distribution and 508 compliance: captioning, subtitling and audio description. We design, develop and host websites, deliver live streaming, and design and program experiential interactive software.

Our client services team coordinates projects and communication, complementing creative and technical expertise for a smooth client, participant and attendee experience.

We define goals with the client, assemble the creative team, and select an efficient approach to conveying the intended content and feelings. Clear outcomes guide every project.

Pre-production

Collaborative planning produces a concept treatment, script outline and final script for filmed work, or style frames, storyboards and animatics for graphics. These resources shape the production plan.

Production

IMG supplies studio and location resources and crews, original footage and stock or archival material. Directors, producers, photography and lighting teams coordinate professional, cost-effective production while keeping clients involved and informed.

Post Production

Artists, designers and editors refine picture and sound with current technology, pursuing exceptional results and testing deliverables for their intended use.

Quality Assurance & Distribution

We check picture, sound, graphics and accessibility against specifications, secure client approval, verify playback and display, and prepare deliverables for required platforms.
